The King sees her beauty, she is in his chambers. This is a time of intimacy and preparation;the courtship.One night while I was sleeping I heard the words "I betroth you".It's a beautiful thing to be betrothed by the King.
Before I even started the painting,there was a revelation to one of the women in my intercessor's group about a diamond,how each of us were a piece of this multi-faceted jewel each of us reflecting his light in our own unique ways.While I was painting this I felt led to paint in a diamond and it had to be pink which is rare and what we shared together at the intercessory group was rare and precious and he was preparing us for Such A Time As This .
